Went in on a Saturday and had the worst experience! There were so many things wrong with the service so I won't go into them all. One I will mention is that the hair dresser left half way through the appointment to go out for lunch and returned 30 mins later. I only went in for a trim and quick treatment and was there for 2 hours - I also left with soaking wet hair. I won't be going there again.
