If any problems with any products you bought forget about getting your money back you have to take credit, so now i have to buy items I don't need or they keep your money. Be warned their receipts are printed with ink that fades rather quickly. Thinking I had a slow leak in my king single air mattress because I had to pump it up about once a week, then when I had to pump it up every day, I was certain there was a leak. Having no idea where it was leaking from as it had never moved from it's original spot. Until I was awoken by the hard base. So got up and while it was being blown up I could hear air escaping from the actual inlet valve. Found all my Camping World receipts only to find blank pieces of paper with a little remnants of black at one end. Did find a receipt that had biro written on it, when I brought in a faulty double air mattress which price was taken off the price of my new King single and so it was well under the 12 months, so still under warranty but because they use fading ink, I only have blank paper and now a flat mattress and have to sleep on a hard bed base. Thx Camping World for the pain and extreme tiredness I have to endure.
