I totally agree with the previous comment avoid this company at all costs
I wouldn't deal with this Real Estate if you paid me. They are dishonest. They schedule visits under the three month time and try to intimidate you into accepting their visits. They don't fix things that need repairs straight away and they blame the fact that they can't contact the owner when the repairs aren't done. They expect you to clean places that were missed by the previous tenant. The staff are rude, arrogant and downright abusive. They try to laud it over you when you try to do the right thing.
These guys are great!! I hurt myself on the deck when a piece of flooring snapped under me and while I was still in the ambulance on the way to hospital the realestate and the handyman were around checking the damage and making repairs. I couldn't ask for a better real estate, so happy I moved into this house!!
