Don't rent though these people. Had professional cleaners in and carpet cleaner and still wasn't good enough. They had 1 female cleaner in tears which I felt they did a beautiful job. Heard from people they back stabbed me and said they had to do all the work. I had professionally got everything done and they still kept the bond money. Nice people when you move in but very rude when you move out.DON'T GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY...
I highly recommend using Panache Property. They sold our home very quickly for the amount we needed it to sell for. The people we dealt with were very efficient, very professional and very pleasant to deal with. They assisted us through-out the entire process and couldn't do enough to help us. When it came time to purchase a house, Panache staff bent over backwards to help us through the entire process and made it a pleasant experience for us instead of pure stress. They also made sure that all inspections necessary were taken care of. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Absolute mongrels to rent from! Completely cleaned my sisters house top to bottom cleaner than it was when she moved in and still got hit with a $500 cleaning fee. Do not deal with these people.
